This is Housing Normalization programme that involves door to door visit. It will focus on programme impact assessment and perceived levels of fraud and corruption. There will also be educational shows to educate communities on Human Settlements

The "Clean Cities and Towns programme" also supports the provision of basic services to poor communities

The campaign is aimed at mobilizing South Africans from big listed, non-listed organizations to private citizens to actively get involved in assisting the Department in reducing the housing backlog
